Virtual Support Solutions (VSS) was launched in 2006 by Susannah Rastall with the aim of providing administrative support and one-off project management for small businesses or organisations.

Susannah has been working 'virtually' from her office in Bedford for over 18 years.  For 15 years as a European Territory Manager for a leading exporter in the publishing industry (their Head Office being based in New York, USA).  This involved compiling reports on sales performance and market developments, data analysis and public relations with European and UK clients.  All work was managed electronically or by post.  The all important personal approach was maintained via telephone and regular meetings.

During the past few years Susannah has been working as a Co-Director of Infotrain Services Ltd, our sister company, and fully understands the difficulties involved in running a small business and the problems that occur when trying to juggle several roles at once.

This unique background plus general experience in database management, project planning and research has provided Susannah and her associate VAs with the skills necessary to offer  a professional and approachable service to your company or organisation enabling you to become more productive and efficient at minimum extra cost.

Susannah also speaks fluent French and all previous contact with French and Belgian clients was conducted in French.
